HVAC Technician

Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to carry out repair, maintenance, and part replacement work on seven (7) 30XA 1212-A Air Cooled Screw Chiller units. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with these units and be able to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection, repair, maintenance, and servicing of 30XA 1212-A Air Cooled Screw Chiller units.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot operational issues to identify and replace faulty components.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns and ensure efficient performance.
• Maintain detailed service reports and records of work performed.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in handling 30XA 1212-A Air Cooled Screw Chiller units.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC repair and maintenance.
• EPA 608 Certification (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and electrical controls.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
