Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician (Team Leader) with expertise in HVAC and general maintenance to lead and oversee a small technical team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in AC systems, along with working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and civil maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide maintenance staff on HVAC and general maintenance tasks
• Perform installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of split units, ducted systems, and package units
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure prompt repair of HVAC systems and general technical issues
• Coordinate and perform minor electrical, plumbing, and civil repair works as needed
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures, proper use of tools, and compliance with company standards
• Report daily activities and maintenance updates to the supervisor or FM coordinator
• Plan and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of work orders
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to resolve issues professionally

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Qatar in AC and general maintenance
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and general technical works
• Basic skills in electrical, plumbing, and civil repairs
• Familiarity with tools, equipment, and workplace safety practices
• Qatar Driving License is mandatory
• Immediate availability with transferable visa and NOC preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 per month
