Primary Purpose of the Job:
Responsible and accountable for managing the study and project activities associated with the Asset Integrity scopes with a special focus on Supply Chain management improvement. Key accountabilities include managing the Scope of Work of Supply Chain improvement projects, tendering of SOW of parts of the improvement projects where required, issuing Purchase Order to the successful Contractor and thus directing and coordinating the contractor to ensure technical integrity is maintained at a high standard through improved supply chain processes. Supply Chain Improvement Leader supports the Asset Integrity Manager and the Maintenance Manager to ensure that the improvement scope is delivered utilising the QatarEnergy Standards and Shell DEPs.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Experience in contract development, negotiation, execution and dispute resolution

Experience in operational troubleshooting and process risk management

Ability to effectively communicate OM(O) vision, strategies and programs to OOGC management, OM(O) employees, QatarEnergy counterparts and other stake holders.

Leadership and interpersonal skills to direct program, motivate personnel at all organizational levels, mentor and build teamwork and action around common goals.

Working knowledge of company business processes and regulatory requirements.

Managing and measuring work through the use of appropriate metrics and key performance indicator
Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum of 20 years industry experience
- Minimum of 10 years in Supply Chain related work is preferred

Recognized expertise and leadership in maintenance, supply chain and project management
