Chiller Technician

We are seeking a qualified Chiller Technician with a Diploma in Facility Maintenance. The ideal candidate must be specialized in Air-Cooled Chillers and demonstrate strong team leadership abilities to manage operations and technicians effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Chiller Operations – Installation, operation, and maintenance of air-cooled chillers.
• Preventive Maintenance – Conduct routine inspections, fault diagnosis, and corrective actions.
• Team Leadership – Supervise technicians, allocate tasks, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Facility Compliance – Maintain records, ensure adherence to facility regulations, and support audits.
• Troubleshooting – Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facility Maintenance / HVAC / Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in chiller operations, preferably air-cooled systems.
• Strong knowledge of BMS monitoring, pumps, cooling towers, and HVAC systems.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate facility operations.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
