About Us:

Fast Cell Repair Ltd. is expanding its mobile accessories and parts supply chain. We are looking for a reliable and experienced China Sourcing Agent to manage purchasing, supplier coordination, and logistics from China.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify reliable suppliers and factories in China (Alibaba, Made-in-China, Global Sources, trade shows, referrals)
• Evaluate and verify supplier legitimacy (business licenses, factory audits, reviews)
• Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and Incoterms
• Issue purchase orders and manage all sourcing documentation (contracts, pro-forma invoices)
• Coordinate quality control and pre-shipment inspections when required
• Manage shipping and logistics by coordinating with freight forwarders
• Track shipments and resolve any delivery or logistics issues
• Coordinate secure payments (Alibaba Trade Assurance, escrow, approved methods)
• Provide weekly sourcing and progress reports to management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in China sourcing and supplier verification
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good English communication (written & verbal)
• Reliable internet connection and online availability
• Experience in mobile accessories, parts, or tech products is a strong asset
