Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook Chinese dishes such as fried rice, noodles, dim sum, stir-fries, soups, and sauces.
  • Assist in mise-en-place and maintain proper stock levels.
  • Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Ensure consistency in flavor, portion, and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in the Chinese section.
  • Follow HACCP and food safety standards.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
