Chinese Language Instructor

A Lahore based NGO requires a Chinese Language Instructor for its Vocational institute.

We’re currently seeking a passionate and experienced Chinese Language Instructor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Teach Mandarin Chinese to students of varying ages and proficiency levels.
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to students’ needs.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Integrate cultural knowledge and context into language instruction.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance teaching strategies and materials.

Requirements:

• Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
• Strong command of English for communication and instruction.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chinese language, linguistics, education, or a related field.
• Prior teaching experience (classroom or online) preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to create interactive and student-centered learning experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors preferred.
• Certification in teaching Chinese as a foreign language (e.g., CTCSOL, TCSOL).
• Experience with online teaching platforms or educational technology.
• Knowledge of simplified and traditional characters.

Salary:60,000-70,000 per month.
