• Basic Salary: PKR 141,000
• Work From Home Allowance: PKR 2,600
• Service Commission: PKR 9,000 (based on performance)
• Inbound Sales Commission: Variable (performance-based)

About the Role

HRPSP, on behalf of our valued client — Zong Telecom (a leading Chinese telecom company) — is hiring a Chinese Language Specialist to join their dynamic and multicultural team.
This is an excellent Work From Home opportunity to collaborate with Chinese leadership and support communication between local and international teams.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate fluently in Chinese (Mandarin) — written and spoken.
Facilitate effective communication between Chinese and local teams.
Translate documents, meetings, and business communications (Chinese ↔ English/Urdu).
Support business operations and call center activities while ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Bridge cultural and linguistic gaps to enhance team collaboration.

Requirements

Graduate from China or has professional experience in a Chinese enterprise.
Strong Chinese language proficiency — HSK Level 5 or HSK Level 6 required.
Must have energy backup, personal laptop, and mobile phone.
Stable internet connection (mandatory for remote setup).
Age: 28 years
