Chinese Manager assistant

• Assist procurement staff with the end-to-end purchasing process, from requisition to delivery.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for materials such as films, resins, and other packaging components.
• Place purchase orders and track them to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with the inventory control team to monitor stock levels and generate replenishment orders.
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve any issues regarding quality, delivery, or invoicing.
• Support the development and maintenance of strong supplier relationships.
• Assist in analyzing market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare reports on purchases, cost analyses, and supplier performance.
• Work closely with the sales and production teams to align procurement with customer demand and production schedules.
• Assist with communication with factory in China regarding orders, shipments, and projects
• Perform Light accounting duties
• Contact clients to schedule meetings
• Work with sales team to carry out clients orders and projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
