Chinese (Mandarin) Language Teacher – Istanbul/Beylikduzu

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate, reliable, and professional Chinese Language Teacher to join the English Land Institute team. The teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality Chinese language lessons, preparing students for academic and professional use of the language, and supporting the overall learning experience of our students.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Chinese language classes (Beginner to Intermediate/Advanced levels) according to the institute’s curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and interactive activities.
• Conduct placement tests and evaluate student progress.
• Provide regular feedback to students and maintain attendance/performance records.
• Ensure an engaging, positive, and student-centered classroom environment.
• Collaborate with the academic department to improve teaching quality and course content.
• Be punctual, professional, and committed to the institute’s academic standards.
• Participate in occasional meetings, training sessions, or promotional events.

Required Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin).
• Strong command of English and/or Turkish for communication.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (institutional or private).
• Ability to teach different levels and adapt to various learning styles.
• Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional attitude and passion for teaching.
