Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target Chinese-speaking clients and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and key partners in the luxury beverage sector.
  • Provide expert advice on the product range, offering personalized recommendations to clients.
  • Handle all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial inquiry to closing the deal and post-sale follow-up.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Manage and grow the customer base by conducting regular follow-ups and offering tailored product suggestions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional activities
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a seamless and premium client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1years of experience in sales or luxury retail (experience in the beverage industry preferred).
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
