
Chinese Social Media & Community Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle Chinese social media platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin, Weibo, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content targeted toward the Chinese audience.
- Monitor social media engagement, messages, comments, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and brand awareness activities.
- Stay updated with Chinese social media trends, influencers, and digital marketing strategies.
- Support translation of marketing materials from English to Mandarin and vice versa.
- Analyze social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Build relationships with Chinese influencers/KOLs for collaborations and promotions.
Requirements:
- Chinese nationality or native Mandarin speaker preferred.
- Familiarity with Chinese social media platforms and digital trends.
- Good communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of content creation, Canva, or social media tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
