Chinese Social Media & Community Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and handle Chinese social media platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin, Weibo, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content targeted toward the Chinese audience.
  • Monitor social media engagement, messages, comments, and customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and brand awareness activities.
  • Stay updated with Chinese social media trends, influencers, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Support translation of marketing materials from English to Mandarin and vice versa.
  • Analyze social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
  • Build relationships with Chinese influencers/KOLs for collaborations and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Chinese nationality or native Mandarin speaker preferred.
  • Familiarity with Chinese social media platforms and digital trends.
  • Good communication skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of content creation, Canva, or social media tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
