We are seeking a Chinese-speaking Virtual Assistant to support our international clients with administrative, operational, and communication tasks.

Position Overview

The Virtual Assistant (Chinese-Speaking) will manage a variety of administrative and support tasks, ensuring smooth operations for clients in the US/Canada markets. This role requires excellent Mandarin Chinese communication skills, Cold Calling, professionalism, and the ability to work independently during night hours.

What You’ll Do

• Place outbound calls to Chinese-speaking prospects (primarily US/Canada markets).
• Follow a script, handle objections professionally, and live-transfer qualified leads.
• Log activities and outcomes accurately in the CRM/dialer.
• Meet or exceed KPIs (dials, connects, qualified transfers, conversion).
• Share call feedback to help improve scripts and campaigns.
• Manage calendars, appointments, and client schedules across time zones.
• Handle email correspondence and chat/call communication in Mandarin and English.
• Provide translation or interpretation support when needed.

What You’ll Need

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese (professional/business level); and good English for internal communication.
• Cold calling / sales experience (BPO/Call Center background strongly preferred).
• Confident phone presence, active listening, and objection handling.
• Familiarity with CRMs, dialers, and basic productivity tools.
• Night-shift readiness (8 PM – 5 AM PKT); reliable attendance.
• For remote: stable high-speed internet, noise-free workspace, quality headset.
