Job Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a fluent Chinese-speaking Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals who can effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and investors, offering expert guidance on property transactions and investment opportunities in the UAE market.

Responsibilities

• Assist Chinese-speaking clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
• Provide tailored advice on market trends, pricing, and investment strategies in Abu Dhabi
• Conduct property viewings and virtual tours, ensuring a high level of customer service
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese investors, developers, and stakeholders
• Negotiate and close property deals while ensuring compliance with legal and financial procedures
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns for Chinese clientele
• Stay informed about real estate regulations, project launches, and market developments in the UAE

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and investment landscape
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work with international clients and close high-value deals
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
• RERA or equivalent certification is an advantage
