Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Chinese-Speaking Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, with strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market and a proven track record in sales or leasing. This role is focused on serving Chinese-speaking clients and investors, providing them with expert guidance and seamless transaction support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Chinese-speaking clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi.
• Provide expert advice on property values, investment opportunities, and market trends.
• Conduct property viewings and coordinate with landlords, developers, and tenants.
• Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and market developments.

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in Abu Dhabi(preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the local property market and investment advisory.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• RERA/DMT certification is a plus.
