Chinese-Speaking Trading & Operations Executive

Lumiras Group is expanding its international trading division and will soon begin importing a range of products from China. We are looking for a Chinese-speaking Operations & Trading Executive to join our Dubai office and support our procurement, sales, and trading activities.

Position: Operations & Trading Executive (Chinese Speaker)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement and trading activities with suppliers in China.
• Coordinate orders, shipments, documentation, and logistics for imported products.
• Communicate daily with Chinese manufacturers, agents, and partners.
• Support sales activities, handle client inquiries, and prepare quotations.
• Track inventory, monitor shipments, and ensure smooth operational workflow.
• Assist in contract preparation, product sourcing, and market research.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients.
• Support management with reporting, coordination, and general operations tasks.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English — both written and spoken.
• Arabic language is an asset.
• Experience in trading, procurement, sourcing, or import/export is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Chinese markets, suppliers, and negotiation styles.
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic trading documentation (invoices, POs, shipping docs).
