Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the management of daily administrative affairs in the office, including the maintenance of the work environment, procurement, management, and inventory of supplies, etc.;

Coordinate with the inspection, maintenance, and daily management work of the company apartments and Chinese staff apartments;

Assist Chinese employees in daily work support, including handling matters related to visas, accommodation, travel, medical treatment, translation, etc.;

Responsible for the execution and optimization of the company's administrative processes, including expense reimbursement, payment application, contract filing, etc.;

Connect with various suppliers (such as property management, cleaning, maintenance, IT, catering, etc.), and follow up on service quality and fee settlement;

Complete other administrative-related tasks assigned by superiors.
Recruitment Requirements:

Meticulous, patient, with a strong sense of service, highly responsible, and able to proactively assist others;

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, skilled in using advanced features (such as Pivot Table, function, chart, etc.);

Preference will be given to those with experience in administrative management of Chinese companies and familiarity with Chinese customs;

Good communication and coordination skills, able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure, and possess teamwork spirit;
