We are currently seeking a Chinese‑Speaking Real Estate Sales Agent to join our expanding team and support our growing client base from the Chinese‑speaking market.

Role Overview

The Chinese‑Speaking Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with property purchases, sales, and leasing in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in Mandarin, a good understanding of the local property market, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Chinese‑speaking clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market activities
• Prepare and manage property listings on major real estate portals
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi market trends, pricing, and regulations
• Coordinate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Represent the company professionally and uphold service standards

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin (native or advanced level)
• Strong command of English; additional languages are an advantage
• Experience in real estate sales (Abu Dhabi experience preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Real estate certification is a plus
