Chocolate Chef

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Chocolate Chef with a proven background in creating high-quality chocolate products. The ideal candidate will have at least five (5) years of professional experience working specifically with chocolate and demonstrate mastery in the art of pralines, ganaches, bonbons, and other fine chocolate confections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, produce, and perfect a wide variety of chocolate creations, including pralines, ganaches, truffles, bonbons, and other artisan confections.
  • Innovate new chocolate recipes while maintaining consistency and quality across all products.
  • Oversee tempering, molding, enrobing, and decoration processes to ensure exceptional craftsmanship.
  • Manage kitchen operations to uphold the highest food safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to design seasonal and specialty collections.
  • Monitor ingredient quality and maintain inventory of chocolate and related supplies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional, hands-on experience working with chocolate (mandatory).
  • Expertise in pralines, ganache, bonbons, and other fine chocolate techniques.
  • Strong understanding of chocolate tempering and production processes.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and passion for chocolate craftsmanship.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Important: Applicants without professional chocolate-making experience will not be considered.
