Chocolate Head Chef

Job Summary:

The Chocolate Chef is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and crafting artistic chocolate pieces that align with brand aesthetics and customer expectations. This role combines culinary artistry with technical skill to produce innovative chocolate designs for various products, displays, and special events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative concepts and designs for chocolate products, sculptures, and displays.

- Craft detailed moulds and prototypes for new chocolate creations.

- Utilize advanced chocolate tempering and moulding techniques to achieve desired textures and finishes.

- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to create themed and seasonal chocolates.

- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, quality, and safety in all creations.

- Stay updated on current trends in confectionery artistry and incorporate new techniques.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience as a chocolate artist, confectionery designer, or similar role.

- Strong artistic sense and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in chocolate tempering, moulding, and sculpting techniques.

- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

- Creativity and innovation in design.

- Ability to work with various tools and equipment used in chocolate crafting.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
