Job Title: Chocolate Production Manager

Job Description:
The Chocolate Production Manager will lead end-to-end chocolate manufacturing operations — from raw ingredient selection and recipe development to production management and quality control. This role is ideal for someone with a background in Food Technology or Confectionery Production who has a strong creative and technical understanding of chocolate-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily chocolate production operations, including tempering, molding, coating, enrobing, and packaging.
- Develop, test, and refine chocolate recipes, formulations, and flavor profiles for new product development (NPD).
- Ensure product consistency, texture, and taste meet brand and quality standards.
- Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and quality control protocols (HACCP, ISO, etc.).
- Monitor raw material usage, minimize wastage, and optimize production efficiency.
- Lead and train production staff in chocolate handling and process improvement.
- Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams for innovation and new product launches.
- Manage production schedules, documentation, and process compliance with company SOPs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or Confectionery Science.
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in chocolate manufacturing, confectionery production, or food processing.
- Strong technical knowledge of cocoa processing, fat crystallization, tempering, and emulsification.
- Experience in recipe development, R&D, and product formulation.
- Sound understanding of food safety, HACCP, and quality assurance standards.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Creative and passionate about developing innovative chocolate products.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
