Chocolatier

Chocolate Production:

  • Prepare and produce a variety of chocolates, pralines, truffles, and confectionery items
  • Work with chocolate tempering, molding, dipping, and coating techniques
  • Develop fillings such as ganache, caramel, nuts, creams, and flavored centers

Recipe Development & Innovation:

  • Create new chocolate recipes and seasonal products
  • Experiment with flavors, textures, and presentation styles
  • Improve existing products based on customer feedback and trends

Quality Control:

  • Ensure consistent taste, texture, and appearance of all chocolate products
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Check raw materials for freshness and quality

Ingredient & Inventory Management:

  • Monitor stock levels of chocolate, dairy, packaging, and other ingredients
  • Coordinate with procurement for ordering supplies
  • Minimize waste and ensure proper storage of ingredients

Presentation & Packaging:

  • Design attractive chocolate packaging and gift boxes
  • Ensure products are visually appealing for retail display and gifting

Hygiene & Safety Compliance:

  • Follow HACCP and food safety standards in all production areas
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, tools, and equipment
  • Ensure proper temperature control for chocolate handling and storage

Team Collaboration:

  • Work with pastry chefs, baristas, and kitchen staff when required
  • Train junior staff or helpers in chocolate preparation techniques

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,700.00 per day
