Chocolate Production:
- Prepare and produce a variety of chocolates, pralines, truffles, and confectionery items
- Work with chocolate tempering, molding, dipping, and coating techniques
- Develop fillings such as ganache, caramel, nuts, creams, and flavored centers
Recipe Development & Innovation:
- Create new chocolate recipes and seasonal products
- Experiment with flavors, textures, and presentation styles
- Improve existing products based on customer feedback and trends
Quality Control:
- Ensure consistent taste, texture, and appearance of all chocolate products
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Check raw materials for freshness and quality
Ingredient & Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels of chocolate, dairy, packaging, and other ingredients
- Coordinate with procurement for ordering supplies
- Minimize waste and ensure proper storage of ingredients
Presentation & Packaging:
- Design attractive chocolate packaging and gift boxes
- Ensure products are visually appealing for retail display and gifting
Hygiene & Safety Compliance:
- Follow HACCP and food safety standards in all production areas
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, tools, and equipment
- Ensure proper temperature control for chocolate handling and storage
Team Collaboration:
- Work with pastry chefs, baristas, and kitchen staff when required
- Train junior staff or helpers in chocolate preparation techniques
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,700.00 per day
