New Life Residential Recovery Program is seeking compassionate, responsible team members to serve as Med Tech / Residential Support Staff in our ASAM Level 3.1 Clinically Managed Low Intensity Residential Recovery Program. This position plays a key role in maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive recovery environment for individuals overcoming substance use disorders. Our program integrates evidence based recovery support with Christian faith based principles that encourage personal growth, accountability, and long term recovery.

Available Shifts
We are currently hiring for the following shifts:
- Day Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
- Overnight Shift: 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM
Positions may include weekday, weekend, and holiday coverage as part of a rotating residential staffing schedule.

Position Responsibilities
Residential Support Staff provide direct supervision and support for residents participating in a structured recovery program.
Responsibilities include:

• Administer medications according to physician orders and facility policy
• Maintain medication logs and documentation in accordance with program requirements
• Conduct routine observational rounds and safety checks throughout the facility
• Monitor resident behavior and ensure adherence to program guidelines
• Provide crisis support and report incidents according to established procedures
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in daily logs and reports
• Support recovery activities and daily program structure
• Assist residents in maintaining a safe and orderly living environment
• Communicate concerns to supervisors and clinical staff when appropriate

Overnight Shift Responsibilities
Overnight staff are responsible for maintaining safety and structure during evening hours.
Duties include:

• Conducting scheduled observational rounds and safety checks
• Monitoring the facility and resident safety overnight
• Ensuring proper documentation of rounds and incidents
• Responding appropriately to resident needs or emergencies
• Maintaining a calm and secure environment during overnight hours

Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:

• Med Tech certification or medication administration training
• Experience in behavioral health, recovery programs, group homes, or residential settings
• Knowledge of addiction recovery principles is a plus!
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
• Strong reliability, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals in recovery
• All staff must be able to pass required background checks and comply with program policies and regulatory expectations.
