QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from relevant undergraduate or postgraduate programs,
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Human Resources with strong people and team management skills,
  • Preferably experienced in group companies, global structures, and multi-location organizations,
  • Well-versed in the dynamics of the manufacturing sector; particularly competent in factory and field HR management processes,
  • Experienced in organizational system design, process development, digital HR transformation, and the management of strategic HR projects,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Human Resources strategies of all group companies,
  • Assess and optimize the organizational structure covering Türkiye and global operations, and establish sustainable systems,
  • Manage end-to-end talent management, career planning, learning & development, employer branding, compensation & benefits, and performance management processes,
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with senior management, international plants, regional teams, and local leaders,
  • Develop Group HR policies, procedures, and people management standards, and ensure their consistent application across all companies,
  • Lead organizational culture transformation initiatives; manage employee engagement, leadership development, and cultural integration programs,
  • Manage the HR budget, departmental targets, and KPI performance,
  • Ensure compliance with legal processes, labor regulations, and ethical standards, and coordinate related implementations,
  • Provide regular reporting and presentations to top management.
