Long-Form Video Editor – Athletic Brand Content (Internship / Freelance | Austin, TX)

About KAIROS KAIROS is a premium athletic wear brand founded by Yaseen Abdalla, an Olympic marathoner based in Austin, TX. We create performance wear built around a real athletic journey — and we tell that story through film.

The Role We're looking for a long-form editor to cut brand documentaries, founder story videos, and YouTube content. You'll be working with cinematic footage and real narrative — this is a real opportunity to practice storytelling.

What You'll Edit

• YouTube videos (15–60 min) covering the founder's athletic journey and brand story
• Brand mini-documentaries
• Campaign recap and behind-the-scenes content

What We're Looking For

• Strong portfolio showing narrative-driven edits — documentaries, short films, or story-based content
• Proficient in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve or similar
• Strong sense of pacing, story structure, and emotional arc
• Comfortable with color grading and basic audio cleanup
• Self-directed — able to take raw footage and make editorial decisions independently

Compensation Paid internship / discounted freelance rate — open to college credit arrangements. Compensation discussed based on experience and scope.

Location Remote-friendly. Austin, TX preferred for occasional in-person collaboration.
