Circle Lead – Rest of Maharashtra & Goa As Circle Lead, you will drive the performance and expansion of Lenskart’s retail business across Maharashtra (excluding Mumbai) and Goa.
You will be responsible for leading a team of Area Managers, ensuring excellence in execution, driving profitable growth, and delivering the best-in-class customer experience across stores in your circle. This is a regional leadership role with P&L accountability and direct influence on customer satisfaction, team development, and retail excellence.

3. In-Store Customer Experience & NPS Leadership
