Cisco Network Architect

Role
Overview

We are
seeking an experienced and highly skilled Cisco Network Architect to
design, implement, and govern enterprise network architecture across Data
Center, WAN, Cloud, and Security domains.

The role is
responsible for delivering scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performance
network solutions aligned with business strategy, regulatory compliance, and
industry best practices.

This is an
onsite role based in the UAE, with preference given to candidates currently
available in the UAE.

Key
Responsibilities

• Design and govern enterprise-wide network architecture across LAN,
  WAN, Data Center, Cloud, and Security environments.
• Architect BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and VXLAN EVPN-based network solutions.
• Lead network modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Implement and manage NAC, IPS/IDS, VPN, and ZTNA security
  solutions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and applicable regulatory
  standards.
• Define enterprise network standards, policies, and best practices.
• Lead capacity planning, performance tuning, and network
  optimization initiatives.
• Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and vulnerability
  evaluations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to L2/L3 and NOC teams.
• Design Disaster Recovery (DR) and High Availability (HA) network
  architectures.
• Prepare and maintain HLD, LLD, and MOP documentation.
• Manage vendor relationships and technical escalations.
• Provide onsite and remote support as per client requirements.

Experience
Requirements

• 10–12 years of experience managing and maintaining large enterprise
  network environments.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Network Architect role.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-grade network solutions.
• Experience in modernization, automation, and transformation
  initiatives.

Education
& Certifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or related field (Preferred)
• CCNP (Mandatory)
• CCIE – Enterprise Infrastructure / Data Center / Security
  (Preferred)
• AWS or Azure Network Specialty (Preferred)
• ITIL v3 or v4 (Mandatory)
