We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven <b>Business Development Manager (BDM)</b> to drive growth in IT services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals across local and international markets.</p>

Key Responsibilities</b></h2>
<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services (Managed Services, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Staffing, etc.)</li>
<li>Generate leads through multiple channels including LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders</li>
<li>Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions</li>
<li>Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and RFP responses</li>
<li>Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure</li>
<li>Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets</li>
<li>Coordinate with technical/pre-sales teams to design solutions aligned with client needs</li>
<li>Maintain accurate pipeline and sales forecasts in CRM tools</li>
<li>Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments</li>
<li>Represent the company at events, meetings, and client presentations</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</b></h2>
<ul><li>Proven experience in <b>IT services sales / business development</b></li>
<li>Strong understanding of IT domains such as:
<ul><li>Cloud (AWS, Azure)</li>
<li>Cybersecurity</li>
<li>Managed Services</li>
<li>IT Staffing / Outsourcing</li>
</ul></li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li>
<li>Strong client handling and relationship management skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets</li>
<li>Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, IT, or related field</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></h2>
<ul><li>Experience in <b>international sales (Middle East, US, or Europe markets)</b></li>
<li>Existing client network or strong industry connections</li>
<li>MBA or relevant certifications</li>
<li>Experience working with system integrators or IT consulting firms</li>
