About the Role</p>
<p>
We&rsquo;re building a new team to deliver enterprise-grade web<br>
applications for government and public sector clients. As our founding Senior<br>
Full-Stack Engineer, you&rsquo;ll set the technical foundation &mdash; choosing the<br>
framework, defining standards, and shipping the first set of projects<br>
end-to-end. This is a high-ownership role for someone who has delivered<br>
client-facing projects before and wants to lead from the front on technically<br>
solid, reliably delivered software.</p><br>

<p>
What You&rsquo;ll Do</p>
<p>
Own end-to-end delivery of medium-complexity web<br>
applications for government and enterprise clients &mdash; from architecture<br>
decisions through deployment and handover.</p>
<p>
Set up reusable frameworks, project templates, and<br>
engineering standards that the team will use across multiple client<br>
engagements.</p>
<p>
Translate non-technical requirements from government<br>
stakeholders into clear technical scope, milestones, and deliverables.</p>
<p>
Architect secure systems with first-class role-based access<br>
control, audit logging, and compliance-aware patterns built in from day one.</p>
<p>
Lead client conversations as the primary technical point of<br>
contact &mdash; status updates, technical trade-offs, scope discussions.</p>
<p>
Review code, mentor junior developers, and raise the quality<br>
bar across the team.</p>
<p>
Partner with QA, and project management to ship on time,<br>
every sprint.</p><br>

<p>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For</p>
<p>
Must-have</p>
<p>
4+ years of professional full-stack development experience<br>
with production deliveries to clients or end users.</p>
<p>
Strong proficiency in React.js / Next.js, Node.js,<br>
Express.js, and TypeScript.</p>
<p>
Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL<br>
preferred) and at least one NoSQL database (MongoDB).</p>
<p>
Hands-on experience implementing authentication,<br>
authorization, and RBAC in real applications.</p>
<p>
Experience integrating third-party APIs, webhooks, and<br>
payment or identity systems.</p>
<p>
Comfort with Docker, Git-based workflows, and CI/CD<br>
practices.</p>
<p>
Demonstrated experience as a client-facing engineer or<br>
technical lead &mdash; not just executing tickets, but managing stakeholders.</p>
<p>
Track record of consistently meeting deadlines and<br>
delivering production-quality work under SLA-driven conditions.</p><br>

Nice to have</p>
<p>
Prior experience on government, public sector, BFSI, or<br>
other compliance-driven projects.</p>

Familiarity with audit logging, data residency, and security<br>
review processes.</p>

Experience setting up new projects from scratch &mdash; not just<br>
extending existing codebases.</p>

Exposure to caching layers (Redis), search infrastructure<br>
(Meilisearch / Elasticsearch), or microservices.</p>
