Position Overview

The City Operations Manager for the hub will be responsible for end-to-end operational excellence, including procurement, vendor management, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and team management. This role is critical in establishing and stabilizing the operations of a newly launched hub. The ideal candidate must come from a healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical background, possess strong analytical and negotiation skills, and ensure seamless coordination between procurement, warehouse, logistics, and support teams.

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related fields.·

5–10 years of experience in healthcare, pharma operations, medical supply chain, or procurement.·Prior experience in managing city-level or hub-level operations preferred. Strong understanding of medical purchasing, vendor management, and inventory control. Experience in leading teams in a high-volume, fast-paced operational environment.
