Civil 3D & MEP Trainer

Job Description

Castle Shepherd Gilmour is looking for an experienced *Civil 3D & MEP Trainer* to deliver high-quality, practical training in *AutoCAD Civil 3D* along with *MEP systems*. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, industry exposure, and a passion for training aspiring professionals.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct professional training sessions in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MEP disciplines.

* Teach concepts related to site development, roads, grading, surfaces, corridors, and pipe networks.

* Deliver MEP training covering HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and electrical systems.

* Prepare structured lesson plans, assignments, and hands-on projects.

* Guide trainees through real-world workflows and industry standards.

* Evaluate trainee performance and provide regular feedback.

* Keep training content updated with current industry practices and software versions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Strong proficiency in *AutoCAD Civil 3D* and MEP systems.

* Relevant professional certification (preferred).

* Experience in training, teaching, or mentoring is an advantage.

* Sound understanding of civil infrastructure and MEP coordination.

* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

* Ability to deliver practical, project-based training.
