Role Overview

• Job Title: Junior to Mid-Level Architect
• Work Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (At Office)
• Department: Architectural
• Reports to: Sr. Architect / Studio Head
• Schedule: 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturday off

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design & Planning: Develop design concepts and architectural plans in line with client needs and building codes.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and construction-ready working details.
• Project Leadership (Mid-Level): Oversee small to medium scale projects and supervise a staff of Junior Architects and interns.
• Software Usage: Create conceptual plans and renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop.
• Coordination: Collaborate with Structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure design intent is realized at the site.
• Site Monitoring: Conduct site observations to monitor construction progress.
• Research: Systematically research materials, design trends, and local by-laws.
• Software Proficiency: Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, 3D Studio, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Design Abilities: Exceptional visualization, conceptualization, and space planning skills.
• Detailing: Deep knowledge of project detailing and building services coordination.
• Communication: Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills to present ideas to clients and teams.
• Rendering: Ability to produce high-quality, photo-realistic renderings.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related Diploma.
• Experience: 1 to 6 years of experience in the architectural field.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating artistic skills and technical drafting accuracy.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and possessing brilliant interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
