Job summary

Seeking an experienced Civil Billing Engineer with a strong background in billing management for industrial and residential construction projects. The role requires overseeing the billing process, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring compliance with contract terms.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing Management: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
• Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects.
• Contract Compliance: Ensure that billing activities are in line with contract specifications and client requirements.
• Progress Billing: Coordinate with site engineers to track project progress and initiate progress billing accordingly.
• Documentation: Maintain and manage all billing-related documentation for audit and reference purposes.
• Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to address billing-related queries and discrepancies.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS-Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 10-15 years of experience in billing engineering within the industrial or residential construction sectors.
• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree in a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction billing processes and contract management.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
