Civil Construction Manager

Job Title: Civil Construction Manager – Hospital Projects Experience Required – (1 Nos)

We are urgently seeking an experienced Civil Construction Manager to lead the execution of large-scale hospital and healthcare construction projects

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day on-site construction activities from mobilization through handover.
• Ensure alignment of all site operations with project timelines, budgets, technical specifications, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce adherence to design specifications and construction standards.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identify delays or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Enforce strict compliance with UAE construction laws, safety.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including schedules, reports, and cost tracking.
• Facilitate regular coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Foster a strong safety culture and implement continuous improvement practices across all site operations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 25+ years of experience in civil construction, including:
• 20+ years specifically in a Construction Manager role.
• Proven experience managing hospital and healthcare facility projects – mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE construction codes, laws, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and multiple contractors.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and resource planning.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
• Priority will be given to candidates who are available for immediate joining.
