Civil Construction Supervisor

A Construction Supervisor oversees on-site execution of residential or commercial projects, ensuring work progresses as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines while managing labour, materials, and coordination with engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Monitoring

• Supervise daily construction activities from foundation to finishing
• Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and safety norms
• Monitor productivity and maintain progress as per schedule

Labour & Material Management

• Allocate tasks to masons, helpers, and subcontractors
• Track material usage and avoid wastage or theft
• Coordinate with store and purchase teams for timely supply

Quality Control

• Check line, level, curing, mix ratios, shuttering, and finishing
• Ensure proper workmanship before next stage approval
• Report defects immediately and get them corrected

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of residential construction stages
• Ability to handle labour teams confidently
• Basic understanding of drawings and measurements
• Practical problem-solving on site

Preferred Experience

• 3–8 years in residential construction supervision
• Experience handling independent house projects preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
