Site Civil Supervisor

Position Title: Site Civil Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

o Oversee all civil construction activities on site.

o Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

o Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all work meets specified standards.

o Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

o Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions

o Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

o Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks to promote a culture of safety among workers.

o Investigate and report any accidents or incidents, and implement measures to prevent recurrence

o Supervise and mentor site staff, including subcontractors and laborers.

o Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient use of resources.

o Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety documentation.

o Communicate project status and any issues to project management and stakeholders.

o Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.

o Monitor resource usage and manage site inventory effectively.

o Identify potential issues and implement solutions to minimize project delays and cost overruns.

o Collaborate with engineers and architects to resolve technical challenges.

Qualifications:

• DAE/BS degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Experience 3-6 years

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
