Job Type: Full-time (Monday – Saturday)
Salary: PKR 70,000 – 100,000 (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

Global Clinical Cura Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor / Building Coordinator to oversee construction activities, monitor quality standards, and coordinate with contractors and management. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed according to drawings, BOQs, timelines, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate reporting and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction and finishing activities at site.
• Conduct daily site inspections and reporting of civil and finishing works.
• Verify drawings and ensure work execution as per approved plans and specifications.
• Perform verification and comparative analysis of BOQs with site execution and billing.
• Monitor project progress and submit daily updates and weekly progress reports to GM Operations.
• Ensure quality checking of construction materials and workmanship during execution and after completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, authorities’ approvals, and documentation.
• Monitor safety standards and ensure safe working practices at site.
• Track material consumption and prevent wastage or misuse.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Handle snag lists, punch lists, and project close-out documentation.
• Coordinate building maintenance and facility-related works when required.
• Ensure site housekeeping and organized work environment.
• Assist management in contractor evaluation and performance monitoring.

Qualifications & Skills

• DAE Civil / bachelor’s in civil engineering / construction management or relevant field.
• 4–8 years of relevant construction site supervision experience.
• Strong understanding of drawings, BOQs, and construction procedures.
• Experience in finishing works, renovation, and building coordination preferred.
• Knowledge of local construction bylaws and authority procedures.
• Good reporting and documentation skills (MS Excel & MS Word).
• Ability to manage contractors and multiple activities simultaneously.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
