Coordinator (Female)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between management, site teams, and clients
  • Handle daily office coordination and follow-ups
  • Maintain project records, reports, and documentation
  • Schedule meetings, site visits, and work updates
  • Assist in project tracking and material coordination
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and official correspondence

Requirements:

  • Female candidate only
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in coordination or office management
  • Good communication skills (Urdu & basic English)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Experience in aluminium, glass, or construction field will be a plus.
