Admin Coordinator (Night Shift)

Dynamicsols is looking for a proactive and organized Admin Coordinator to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing administrative operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support overall staff management and administrative operations
  • Ensure office cleanliness and coordination with cleaning staff
  • Handle administrative budgeting and expense tracking
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (reports, records, data handling)
  • Coordinate internally with teams and externally with vendors
  • Manage vendor relationships and follow-ups
  • Maintain office records, documentation, and supplies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Admin Assistant / Admin Coordinator
  • Strong Excel skills are mandatory
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently during the night shift
  • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
