Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Executive with 1–3 years of experience in administrative operations. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day functioning of the office, coordinate with internal departments and vendors, and manage administrative resources including vendor contracts and fleet operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
• Handle vendor management, including sourcing, negotiation, contract renewal, and performance tracking.
• Oversee fleet management activities such as vehicle allocation, maintenance scheduling, fuel consumption tracking, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage office facilities, utilities, and supplies efficiently.
• Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation systems, both digital and physical.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, confidentiality, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related field).
• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in administration, including exposure to vendor and fleet management.
• Strong understanding of office operations, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Professional demeaner, discretion, and ability to work independently.
