We are looking for a vigilant, and responsible Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and comfortable working with computers and office systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Handle documentation, records, and filing (digital & physical)
  • Coordinate with internal teams and management
  • Manage office supplies and basic vendor coordination
  • Maintain attendance, schedules, and basic reporting
  • Assist management with routine administrative support

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Admin or similar role
  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email, internet usage)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Alert, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Professional attitude and punctuality
