Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery within defined scope and timelines.
- Use Trello to plan, track, and monitor project progress, assign tasks, set priorities, and drive team accountability.
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and business analysts to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business goals.
- Proactively monitor project milestones, identify risks or bottlenecks early, and adjust plans to maintain timely deliveries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing regular progress updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or enhancements based on client needs, project scope, and long-term business value.
- Ensure clear documentation, scope control, and change management to prevent delays and scope creep.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project coordination within the IT/software development industry.
- Proficiency in Trello for task tracking and project management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
