Civil EngineerJob Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer from ( NED UNIVERSITY) to plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects such as buildings, roads, bridges, water systems, and other public or private facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with engineering standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review technical drawings, designs, and specifications
• Conduct site investigations, surveys, and feasibility studies
• Manage and supervise construction activities on-site
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national building codes and regulations
• Estimate project costs, prepare budgets, and monitor expenses
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, clients, and government authorities
• Perform risk assessments and implement safety measures
• Monitor project progress and prepare technical reports
• Troubleshoot and resolve design or construction issues

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent (preferred, depending on role)
• Proven experience in civil engineering projects
• Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD, ETABS, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Working Conditions

• Combination of office-based design work and on-site supervision
• May require travel to construction sites
• Ability to work under deadlines and varying weather conditions
