Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager – FTTH Operations to lead end-to-end fiber deployment, quality assurance, and field operations. The role requires strong leadership to manage teams, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain high service standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (16 years) in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, or relevant field
• 5 to 7 years of experience in FTTH (Quality, Deployment, or Field Operations)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage FTTH field teams for timely and high-quality deployment
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs across operations
• Conduct quality audits and oversee installation compliance
• Coordinate with planning, vendors, and internal teams to meet SLAs
• Handle escalations and resolve complex fiber issues
• Maintain QA reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards
• Manage ROW issues with relevant authorities
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency

• Strong FTTH technical expertise (Fiber splicing, OLT/ONT, troubleshooting)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to Rs120,000.00 per month
