Operations & Growth Manager

We’re hiring a Head of Operations & Growth at BICPHS.

This is not a typical operations role.

We are looking for someone to manage tasks and grow operations without constant supervision.

At BICPHS, we work with schools to deliver preventive healthcare screenings, reporting, and follow-ups that actually impact student outcomes.

Now we need someone who can take this and turn it into a scalable system + revenue engine.

What you’ll own:

* End-to-end school operations (screenings, reporting, coordination)

* Managing doctors, nurses, and school stakeholders

* Ensuring smooth execution across multiple schools

* Converting screenings into long-term school programs

* Driving follow-ups → clinic visits → retention

This role is for you if:

* You’ve handled real responsibility (not just assisted)

* You can manage people, pressure, and unpredictable situations

* You think in systems and outcomes, not just tasks

* You’re comfortable owning numbers, not just execution

This role is NOT for you if:

* You need constant direction

* You avoid accountability

* You prefer predictable desk jobs
