Job Overview

WorkGenerations is hiring a Master Creative Project Manager for a US-based client. We’re looking for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong in admin operations who can manage creative projects efficiently from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously
• Coordinate between designers, editors, and clients
• Maintain timelines, deliverables, and task tracking
• Ensure smooth workflow and deadline compliance
• Handle administrative and operational tasks
• Improve team productivity and communication systems

Requirements

• Strong project management & organizational skills
• Experience managing creative teams
• Excellent communication skills (English required)
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Experience with ClickUp or similar tools preferred
