Civil Construction Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Supervisor to join a leading Oil & Gas operation in Qatar. The role involves supervising construction and installation activities in brownfield and live plant environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise civil construction and installation activities at site
• Ensure execution in line with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and operations teams
• Monitor progress, quality, and site productivity
• Manage site execution in Oil & Gas plant environments
• Resolve site issues and support smooth project execution

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil / relevant Engineering discipline with strong construction experience
• Minimum 10+ years of construction and installation experience
• At least 3 years of experience in live Oil & Gas processing plants
• Strong background in brownfield project execution
• Construction management and site supervision
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience in hydrocarbon / petrochemical facilities
• Familiarity with industry safety and execution standards
• Ability to work in fast-paced live plant environments
• Exposure to client standards such as QatarEnergy
• Available for immediate joining preferred.
