Civil Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structural and civil condition assessments of buildings, pavements, drainage systems, and other facility assets.
• Prepare maintenance plans, renovation strategies, and rehabilitation proposals for civil infrastructure.
• Advise on materials, design modifications, and repair methods to extend asset lifespan and ensure structural integrity.
• Review as-built drawings, civil layouts, and compliance with building codes, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Provide technical support for space planning, remodeling, and construction within operational facilities.
• Coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams to ensure integrated facility solutions.
• Monitor ongoing civil maintenance and repair works for quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and project budgets for civil-related works.
• Conduct site inspections, prepare technical reports, and recommend corrective measures.
• Advise facility management teams on sustainability and energy-efficient civil design upgrades.
• Support vendor evaluation, contract management, and performance review for civil maintenance services.
