Construction Site — Structural & Architectural Drafter

Core Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in structural and architectural drafting
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, including drafting standards and best practices
• Proven experience preparing detailed structural and architectural drawings

Technical & Regulatory Knowledge

Solid understanding of Dubai Authority standards, including:

• RTA (Roads and Transport Authority)
• DM (Dubai Municipality)
• DDA (Dubai Development Authority)
• Other relevant regulatory bodies

Ability to ensure all drawings comply with local codes, regulations and submission requirements

Coordination & Documentation

Collaborate closely with engineers to maintain accuracy, clarity and compliance in all drawings

Modify, update and revise drawings based on feedback from:

• Engineers
• Consultants
• Regulatory authorities

Translate conceptual sketches, markups and design inputs into precise technical drawings aligned with project specifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• AutoCAD: 2 years (Preferred)
• Structural and Architectural Drafter: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Tagalog (Preferred)
