Civil Draftsman

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Draftsman with a strong background in fit-out and joinery works. The ideal candidate must be a qualified Civil Engineer/Architect who can produce fast, accurate, and highly detailed shop drawings for various interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction documents based on design concepts, specifications, and site requirements.
• Develop drawings for joinery items, partitions, ceilings, floor finishes, and detailed interior elements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
• Translate sketches, conceptual layouts, and BOQs into precise technical drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting tools.
• Ensure all drawings are in compliance with local regulations, company standards, and project timelines.
• Revise drawings as required based on feedback from the design or site teams.
• Maintain organized drawing records and logs.
• Support the project team with technical detailing and site clarifications when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering .
• Minimum of 2-4years of proven experience in drafting for fit-out and joinery projects in the UAE/GCC.
• Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit or SketchUp is a plus.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out materials, joinery detailing, and construction methods.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality drawings quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• UAE driving license is required
• Nationalities ( Asian)
