Job Summary

Durat Al Khaleej Contracting LLC is looking for a skilled Civil Draftsman to prepare accurate technical drawings and construction documents for building projects. The ideal candidate must have strong drafting experience in the UAE and be proficient in AutoCAD. Experience with Revit will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed civil and architectural shop drawings based on project requirements.
• Develop construction drawings, layouts, sections, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
• Revise drawings based on consultant and client comments.
• Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Prepare as-built drawings and project documentation.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and applicable standards.
• Maintain drawing records and document control.
• Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and material schedules when required.
• Support the engineering team with technical drafting throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Civil Draftsman.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Experience in Revit is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, and drafting standards.
• Experience in residential, commercial, and villa construction projects is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
